The Small Business Tools, which include Small Business Financial Manager, that come with the Office 2000 aren’t automatically installed when you install the rest of Office 2000. These extra programs come on Disk 2 of the Office 2000 CD set. You may therefore need to in- stall these tools.

To install the Small Business Tools, insert Disk 2 in your CD-ROM drive and then follow the on-screen instructions.

After you install the Small Business Tools, you can start the Small Business Financial Manager directly by clicking the Start button, choosing Programs, choosing Small Busi- ness Tools, and then choosing the Small Business Financial Manager. Or, you can start the Small Business Financial Manager by starting Excel and then choosing one of the Finan- cial Manager menu commands.
